Take the wheel of a powerful 1000cc twin-seater dune buggy and drive across the open dunes of Al Khatim on this 6-hour dune buggy desert safari with a full evening of BBQ dinner and live entertainment.
Your driver collects you at 3:00 PM from your Abu Dhabi hotel or cruise port. At the desert staging area, gear up with a full-face helmet, goggles, and a 4-point safety harness, then follow a lead marshal in your Polaris RZR or Can-Am Maverick across sand valleys and dune ridges for 30 or 60 minutes. The buggies feature automatic transmission and roll-cage protection. Two guests can share one buggy and swap between driver and passenger seats midway through the session.
After your buggy drive, join a 4x4 Land Cruiser for 45 minutes of dune bashing, sunset photography, camel riding, and sandboarding. The evening continues at the Bedouin desert camp with a freshly prepared Halal charcoal BBQ buffet and live cultural performances.
Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driving licence. Passengers can ride from age 10. Closed-toe shoes are required.
